About Us
At Lily Wellness Therapy, we believe healing is a process—one of transformation, renewal, and growth. Like the lily flower emerges during changing seasons, we believe in your capacity to grow through life’s challenges and bloom into a renewed sense of self.
Our approach integrates both mind and body to create meaningful, sustainable change – so you can move beyond simply coping and begin to Bloom Within.
At Lily Wellness, we believe that true transformation begins from within. Our motto, “Bloom Within,” reflects our commitment to helping you nurture self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Meet Brianna
LPC-MHSP, NCC
Founder, Therapist, Trauma Specialist
Brianna is passionate about helping individuals navigate chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and life’s challenges while reconnecting with themselves and cultivating greater self-worth. She believes that even in life’s most difficult seasons, renewal, growth, and meaningful change are possible. With experience supporting teens and adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and mood concerns, she brings warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
Her clinical experience spans inpatient psychiatric care, community mental health, university counseling, and outpatient therapy, where she has supported diverse individuals, groups, and families. Through these experiences, Brianna has witnessed the courage it takes to seek support and the transformative power of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
Brianna earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Austin Peay State University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee, she integrates trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR and Brainspotting, with mindfulness and cognitive-based interventions. Her background as a certified aerial yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner further informs her interest in mind-body wellness and the connection between emotional and physical well-being.
Before becoming a therapist, Brianna worked in case management, social services, and career counseling, experiences that deepened her passion for empowering others and supporting the whole person. She believes resilience exists within each of us and that therapy can create space for greater self-awareness, restoration, and transformation.
Outside of therapy, Brianna enjoys movement and dance, sci-fi movies, and spending quality time with loved ones.
